Kimberly Hutcheson is the Administrator of Integrity Healthcare of Columbia. Kimberly has been in skilled nursing and acute rehabilitation settings for over 25 years. Seventeen of those years have been in director or administrative roles. Kimberly began her career as a certified nursing assistant right after high school and worked her way through nursing school to become an LPN in 1997. She worked as a floor nurse while continuing her nursing education and received her registered nursing license in 2002. Shortly after receiving her license, her career shifted to management and she took her first Director of Nursing position. In 2012, Kimberly obtained her Nursing Home Administrator License and continued to work as an LNHA and DON until February of 2019. At that time, she decided to take a break from managerial roles and took a position as staff RN at Integrity of Columbia. She quickly fell in love with the facility. With encouragement from the wonderful residents and fellow staff members, she accepted the Administrator position in May 2019. Kimberly’s goal is to ensure Integrity of Columbia is an exceptionally rewarding work place for the employees and that their residents receive the best possible care so they can live their life to the fullest potential. In Kimberly’s time away from work, she enjoys boating, country music and spending time with her family, including her five children and granddaughter.
